Return Policy
Geneine Honey Bespoke Jewellery offer an Exchange of item or Store Credit (online purchases only) on full priced items only.
For any exchange or change of mind returns items must be unworn and notification must be given via email to hello@geneinehoney.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item and returned within 21 days for items delivered within Australia, 60 days for items delivered internationally.
To return an item for Exchange or Store Credit, please contact us at hello@geneinehoney.com.au. For exchanges please include within your email the details of what you would like to exchange the item/s for and a contact phone number. We will then advise you on how to return the product to us. We must receive prior notification before the return can be accepted. The cost of posting the returned item/s to Geneine Honey Bespoke Jewellery is to be worn by the purchaser. The cost of posting items chosen for exchange is also to be worn by the purchaser. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
We can only accept exchanges on our gold and sterling silver pieces if they are unworn and no returns will be accepted without written confirmation from Geneine Honey Bespoke Jewellery.
Please note there is strictly no returns (Exchange or Change of Mind) accepted on any customised or personalised jewellery, including custom chain lengths, personalised disc necklaces, rings which have been resized for the orderer and engraved jewellery.
Sale, discounted or promotional items cannot be returned as part of our Exchange or Change of Mind policy.
Items must be returned in new condition as originally received.
Returns must be sent in an appropriate manner to prevent damage in transit. We highly recommend sending via a registered postal service. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure all items are returned safely and in new condition.
Bespoke Jewellery Returns
Please note that our Bespoke rings are made in a standard size. One re-size is included in the price of the ring, which is the size selected upon checkout. Further resizing will incur a fee.
Once a ring has been resized it is unable to be returned or exchanged.
If you are purchasing an engagement ring to propose with and you are unsure of the correct size, please order the standard size and we will resize the ring after the proposal. If there will be more than 21 days between the of the date of purchase and planned proposal please inform us when purchasing and send us an email to let us know when you are returning in store to have the ring resize. Rings worn that are incorrectly sized can be damaged or lost so please do not wear the ring more than photos until it has been resized for the perfect secure fit.
Geneine Honey Bespoke Jewellery uses Australian ring sizing (alphabetical). We recommend visiting us at our Carlton North store so we can size your finger to ensure that the ring we make you is a perfect fit.
If you can't make it in store we recommend purchasing one of our Ring Multisizers to size your finger at home, available to purchase here. Please send us an email with a photo of your finger wearing the Ring Multisizer, so we can ensure your ring is made in the correct size.
