A little while back, while perusing stones from our amazing gemstone suppliers I came across this beautiful pear cut emerald. From the moment I saw it I just knew I had to buy it, even though I didn't yet know what kind of jewel it was destined for.
It sat among my gemstones for quite a while, and it wasn't until I started making some pear shaped sapphire rings that I decided on the design for this special emerald. And after staring longingly at it for so long, I also realised that I didn't want to let this stone go... And so I did something that I quite rarely do, and that's made myself a ring!
With help from my gem supplier, I found the six matching emerald accents and I made the ring in 18ct yellow gold with claw settings holding the stones.
